John Clarke & Associates were Development and Project Managers for Alexandra Beach Resort Apartments Pty. Ltd., on this stylish 4 Star Resort.

The Resort features 214 residential units, an extensive freeform pool and landscaping, retail facilities and restaurant facilities.

Papillon Villas, Coolum

Papillon Villas, Coolum Beach

Papillon Villas was completed by John Clarke & Associates acting as Project Managers, under the direct appointment of Macquarie Bank Limited as Mortgagee in Possession. John Clarke & Associates controlled all aspects of the completion of the villas as a result of the Developer/Builder being forced into Receivership.

The tasks included negotiating finishing trade, sub-contractors to return to work, rectify defects and workmanship to enable Sale Contract settlements to occur without consequence. We were also charged with obtaining all Certificates for building and external works.
