Beijing Longmenzhen Water Park, China - 2011

John Clarke & Associates provided on site Project Management services for this large water park that features restuarants and various retail outlets.

Wild Island - Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

John Clarke & Associates undertook the Project Management of this new attraction including coorindation of ride and equipment installation.

Leo Land, Central City Bangna Bangkok - 1994

John Clarke & Associates were commissioned by Forrec Ltd. to undertake the Project Management of the fitout of this 25,000 square metre entertainment attraction, including a roof top Water Park, located within a major shopping centre.

John Clarke & Associates were responsible for coordination and supervision of all ride installations and commissioning.

The Promised Land Resort, Hualien Taiwan - 1999

John Clarke & Associates acted as Project Director/Project Manager for Promised Land Corporation Ltd. on this 5 Star Resort. Stage 1 consists of a 750 room 4 Star Hotel, Water Park, Theme Park and Retail Village.

Further stages will involve development of an 18 hole Golf Course, a 500 room 5/6 Star Hotel and 800 Townhouses.
